- Leadership: Staff development & tutoring (interns, assistants), team motivation & discipline.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Pharmacy degree/equivalent and registered as a pharmacist with the SAPC. Registered as a tutor (desirable).
- Experience: Experience managing staff and working in a retail pharmacy environment.
- Essential Skills: Retail operations knowledge, dispensing and ordering systems knowledge, pharmacy legislation, financial management principles, MS Office skills, Unisolv experience, effective conflict management, excellent interpersonal & customer-centric skills, strong organizing & planning, high attention to detail.
- Advantageous Skills: Marconi experience.
